Dave Hotel Yerevan

Good exercise from walking to the metro station.

I was frustrated with the lack of proper spa services. I had scheduled a deep tissue massage, but they couldn't accommodate my request and it was cut short! The restaurant had very few options and most food items were overpriced compared to local eateries.

Actually, the room was clean with all necessary equipment. An electric kettle and a refrigerator were a plus. The location was great, at a moderate distance from an ornate 14th-century tower.

Modern pet-friendly place with a currency exchange and a pool. Marvellous location near to metro station, and 10 minute walk from Knights' Square. And right by the square and cascade fountain area, the city center and good restaurants

the beds were large and comfortable with excellent linens. wifi was great and fast. the air conditioning was a little too strong, making the room chilly at times.

The standard double room was spacious and had a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was diverse enough to cater to my dietary restrictions, which I really appreciated. Plus, the hotel had excellent amenities like air conditioning and a tv with Netflix.

The bathroom space was a bit small for my needs.

The hotel staff was really accommodating during my late-night check-in. They made it seamless and stress-free.

The breakfast was plentiful, but the coffee machine was broken, making it impossible to enjoy a cappuccino or other milky options.

The breakfast was beyond mediocre, tasteless food, made my stomach churn, and the howling dogs outside kept me up all night, how charming! I expected a room upgrade for my troubles, but what did i get? Absolutley nothing. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't bear it.

After trying other hotels in yerevan, this one exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was delicious with many options and the staff were really accommodating during my late-night check-in.

I had a fantastic stay with excellent meals, especially the daily breakfast. The coffee was perfect, but the room could use better soundproofing. Would definitely return!

I enjoyed the spacious room with a very comfortable bed! The reception staff were quite helpful and accommodating. Breakfast options were diverse enough to cater to my dietary restrictions. I particularly appreciated the mountain view from my room. It added a lovely touch to my mornings.

The soundproofing could definitely be enhanced.
